Those who are serious about running know that runners need different sports clothing than people who participate in other sports. Sports clothing for running must be specially designed to solve the specific problems that runners face in their sport.

High quality running shoes. These are probably the most important purchase you will make, so do your research and choose wisely. Choose a shoe that is specifically designed for running and will support your feet correctly. Hair and Makeup

Girls should avoid wearing too much makeup in the gym. When you sweat it will only run down you face and look unattractive.
